Congratulations on investing in some amazing technology that will streamline your life! As with any technology, maintenance is required and below are some helpful tips.

Troubleshooting Tips

1. Change the batteries both in the shade (located typically in the headrail of the blind) as well as the remote/wall switch.

2. Sometimes, other items may interfere with the shade’s communication, or a loss of power occurs in the home, resulting in the need for a reset. Hold the button on the shade’s headrail for 6 seconds, and the shade will jog indicating the reset has taken place. Be careful not to hold it longer than 6 seconds, or you could wipe out the memory of the shade.

4. After one year of service from the purchase date, any service calls made by Draped in Style to maintain HD products will require a service fee charged to the client.

*Battery swap-outs will require the client to either provide the batteries or Draped in Style can provide batteries with payment upon service call.
